ExtraordINNnary events make June extra special at the Inn

There’s no better time to visit the Inn than during Ohio’s most unique music festival, The Washboard Music Festival. Held June 14-16, the festival brings artists from all around the country for this one-of-a-kind event.  The Washboard Music Festival takes place just minutes from the Inn, making it the perfect place to stay.  It features a variety of live music, such as Dixieland Blues, Swing, Hot Jazz, Jug band, Funky Creole, Celtic and more.  In addition to great music, the festival features arts and crafts made by local Appalachian artists, a quilt show, an exhibit from the Civil War era, delicious food and so much more.  Book your stay with us now for this memorable weekend.

Even more local artisans are found in our Gift Shop, featuring items as unique as the Hocking Hills themselves.  We offer items for every holiday, seasonal goodies and even
locally produced jarred honey, sauces and more.

You’ll love shopping for hand-crafted works by local artists.  Nick Delmatto’s blown glass vases and paperweights; Ronna McClelland’s jewelry and beadwork; Kathy Murphy’s oil and acrylic paintings on stretched canvas; Jane Pope’s beadwork, jewelry and baskets; and Bill McComb’s hand-carved birds are all featured.  In fact, pieces made by area artists are peppered throughout the Inn, including gorgeous garden sculpture from Jean Magdich.

Father’s Day BBQ

Join us June 17, for a Father’s Day Backyard BBQ.  Chef Anthony will serve a good ole’ BBQ for friends and family.  Seating times begin at11:30 a.m. and reservations are necessary. Special Sunday night room rates available.

 

Log Cabin Day is June 25, the Inn will offer a 25% discount on two nights of lodging.

 

Summer Desserts CookInn Class

All our desserts are easy to create and made from scratch. Chef Anthony will teach pastry chef wannabees how to make summer desserts on June 27th.  This is a hands-on class. The cost of $55 includes instruction, five recipes and lunch.
