Bring a girlfriend, a spouse or come by
yourself and spend the weekend with us "CookInn".
Learn how to prepare a feast fit for a
king or queen. Join Chef Anthony Schulz for dessert and a glass of wine on
Friday evening. Meet new friends and
have fun discussing and reviewing
recipes you will be preparing the next
day. During the day on Saturday, you
will help prepare the feast for Saturday
night's dinner. You must be an
overnight guest to participate. Class is
limited to eight people, therefore,
inviting hands-on participation. Cost
for each class is $125 / person and
includes an Inn at Cedar Falls apron and
Saturday night dinner. Summer
Local Produce and Product CookInn Class

Join Chef Anthony on July 23 as
you learn to make quick finger foods
that are easy and not time consuming.
These are perfect for little get
togethers with friends. Some examples
are Prosciutto wrapped asparagus with
Parmesan and Salsa Fresco with Pearl
Mozzarella and Crostini. This mid week
class is from 11:00am-2:00pm, includes
lunch and the cost is $25 /
person.
Holiday Cookies

By far the most popular and longest running cooking class! Led by The Inn’s breakfast cook Joan Heitman, this hands-on class is offered on December
5th and 10th. Innkeeper Ellen and Joan carefully select five different recipes for you to make and eat. Class includes instruction, recipes, lunch and a box of cookies to take home. Cost is $45.
