Join our Innkeepers, Ellen & Terry and cook from our garden. Learn to make Terry’s famous cherry pie, crust and all. Harvest vegetables from our garden with Ellen and make Gazpacho soup (from our Cookbook, Savor the Seasons). Make a light summer dressing to drizzle on a summer salad. And, infuse a bottle with herbs to make herb vinegar for you to take home. Enjoy lunch with the Innkeepers and ask them to share their stories and secrets! Cooking class and lunch is 55/person.

Join our Chef on July 30th from 11:00am-2:00pm to learn how to make five varieties of cheesecake. You will learn to master the art of making cheesecake and will enjoy lunch along the way. Have dinner that evening and enjoy fresh Inn-made cheesecake for dessert. Stay in a quaint Inn Guest Room that evening. In the morning, enjoy a hearty country breakfast. Take home the cheesecake recipes to share with your friends and family. Two people can enjoy all this for 299 plus tax.

Join us for an afternoon of fun and take home a decoration to enjoy the holiday season. Custom make your own gingerbread house. The Inn will provide the frosting, decorations, sprinkles, and space. By far the most popular and longest running cooking class! This hands-on class is offered on December 7th & 14th. Innkeeper Ellen and Grandma Joan carefully select five different recipes for you to make and eat. Class includes instruction, recipes, lunch and taking home a bag of cookies.
