Weekend CookInn Classes

January 27-28, March 30-31, September 14-15
Bring a girlfriend, a spouse or come by yourself and spend time CookInn in the kitchen with Chef Anthony.  Classes cover a wide range of topics from regional and ethnic cuisines to seasonal and holiday offerings. They are informative, entertaining, and of course, filled with delicious food.  Weekend packages include two night’s lodging in a room, joining Chef Anthony for dessert and a glass of wine on Friday evening, breakfast both mornings, hands-on cooking, recipes and instruction on Saturday from 1-4pm, dinner on Saturday night and an Inn apron.  You will help prepare the feast for Saturday night’s dinner.  The winter class will feature Feel Good Winter Foods like Beef Stew and Pumpkin Bread Pudding, the spring class is Foraging for Food like Morels & Ramps and fall class is Local Fruits & Produce like Tomato-Fennel Soup, Apple & Bacon Chutney or Lavender Creme Brulee.  Classes will be held January 27-28, March 30-31 and September 14-15.  You must be an overnight guest to participate.  Class is limited to eight people, inviting hands on participation.  Your entire package is $649 for two people for a shared room and $485 for a single room. Tax and gratuity are not included.

Summer Desserts CookInn Class with Chef Anthony

All our desserts are easy to create and made from scratch.  Come learn to make the most delectable ones with Chef Anthony.  Join us on June 27th from 11-2pm.  This is a hands-on class. Includes instruction,  five recipes and lunch.  Recipe examples include Citrus and Lavender Cheesecake and Raspberry Crème Brulee.
Cost is $55/person.

CookInn in the Garden with Chef Anthony

August 1, 11:00am-2:00 pm
Join Chef Anthony on August 1st as you learn to make summer foods that are quick and simple to prepare, and are perfect for entertaining summertime guests.  Learn to use the freshest Ingredients from the garden to make great entertaining treats. This midweek class is from 11-2pm.  It includes instruction, recipes and lunch.
Cost is $55/person.

Holiday Cookies

December 2, 5 & 7, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
By far the most popular and longest running cooking class! And, we’ve added a SUNDAY class so you can bring your children. This hands-on class is led by Joan Heitman, our breakfast cook. Innkeeper Ellen and Joan carefully select five different recipes for you to make and eat. Class includes instruction, recipes, lunch and taking home a bag of cookies. Max 15 people.
Cost is $55/person.
