Father’s Day BBQ – $21 Adults, $12 Children Under 10
Treat your dad to lunch on this special day. Join us for Backyard BBQ. Chef Anthony will cook a good ole’ BBQ for you and yours. We will serve up all the fixinns on June 16th including Black Angus Burger w/all the fixinn’s, Slow Cooked Baby Back Ribs, Grilled Chicken w/Honey BBQ Glaze, Pasta Salad, Chunky Potato Salad, Kettle Cooked Chips, Inn-Made Baked Beans, Strawberry Shortcake and Mixed Berry Cobbler. Seating times begin at 11:30am and reservations are necessary.
Thanksgiving Dinner – $42 Adults, $21 Children Under 10, plus tax and gratuity
This is a fun family affair time! Our hearty meal includes your choice of Potato-Leek Soup OR Spinach Salad w/Dried Cranberries, Red Onion, Toasted Hazelnuts & Roasted Pear Vinaigrette. Select one entrée from Honey Glazed Ham w/Pineapple Chutney OR Slow Cooked Turkey Breast, w/Garlic-Shallot Pan Gravy OR Pan Roasted Salmon w/Orange-Cranberry Marmalade OR Herb Seared Pork Chop w/Plum Glaze. Side dishes include Brown Butter Sweet Potatoes, Chive Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Baby Green Beans, and Sage Stuffing. And, one dessert selection of Maple-Pecan Pie OR traditional Pumpkin Pie. New Year’s Celebration – $55/person
Call ahead of time and have a bottle of Champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries waiting for you in your room. Ring in the New Year around the campfire, if you decide to stay awake that long! Start your New Year’s Eve off right with Chef Anthony’s delectable feast beginning with Pan Roasted Diver Scallops w/Blood Orange & Beet Salad w/Roasted Fennel Vinaigrette OR Lobster Bisque w/Vanilla Crème Fraiche, your entrée selection of Broiled Lobster Tail w/Drawn Butter & Fennel-Apple Slaw OR Grilled Filet Mignon w/Tarragon-Whole Grain Dijon Butter OR Roasted Asparagus & Mascarpone Ravioli in a Basil Cream Sauce. Finish the start to a great evening with Champagne Parfaits.
