Call ahead of time and have a bottle of Champagne and chocolate dipped strawberries waiting for you in your room. Ring in the New Year around the campfire, if you decide to stay awake that long! Start your New Year’s Eve off right with a delectable feast beginning with Shrimp Bisque or Spinach Feta and Roasted Tomato Salad. For your entrees choose Pan Seared Antelope with Blueberry Demi-Galze, Low Country Shrimp and Grits with Shrimp Gravy or Roasted Portobello Mushrooms over Sweet Potato Risotto. Finish the start to a great evening with Chocolate Mouse.

For your appetizer choose Cream of Mushroom Soup or Classic Caesar Salad. Entrees include Steak Au Poivre with Pan Demi-Glaze, Brown Sugar Chipotle Roasted Salmon, or Frenched Pork Chop with Mango Chutney. A special Strawberry Chocolate Cheesecake to end a perfect meal.
