Geocaching in Ohio

Fast becoming a favorite family activity is Geocaching in Ohio, This worldwide GPS phenomenon is right at home in the Hocking Hills with all the cracks and gorges and miles of hiking trails.

To date over 300 treasures are hidden in Hocking County alone! Anyone with a GPS can participate. Small trinkets are hidden and the latitude and longitude are posted on the web. Fellow Geocachers then take these coordinates and seek the hidden treasures and log their finds.
