Our yurts sit on the main property of The Inn & Spa at Cedar Falls, nestled in a wooded area just behind and a short walk from Kindred Spirits restaurant, the spa, and our gift shop. Park in a central gravel lot and follow the paved walkway for a short walk (with a small incline) to your yurt. Complimentary wagons are available for moving luggage. Centrally positioned, our yurts provide easy access to all Hocking Hills attractions, with nearby trails only 5–20 minutes away by car—the closest being Cedar Falls and Rose Lake, just a half-mile away.
Because of their unique design, our yurts are not suited for pets or children under 12.

Just perfect
Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for! The accommodations were perfect and it had everything we needed. The yurt was clean and comfortable! The location was convenient! Kindred Spirits breakfast was phenomenal! This was our first time here and we are already talking about going back! Thank you for a relaxing unplugged trip!

Katydid Yurt
We recently stayed in the Katydid Yurt at the Inn at Cedar Falls during a heat wave, and it was such a fun and memorable experience! The yurt was warm during the day (understandable given the extreme heat), but it cooled off beautifully at night and was perfect for sleeping. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole space was extremely CLEAN and cozy. We’ve stayed at the Inn many times, but this was our first time in a yurt, and it didn’t disappoint! It was adorable, with a large skylight that made it feel extra special. We woke up to deer and bunnies right outside, and spent the morning relaxing in the hammocks before enjoying a delicious breakfast at the restaurant. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Quaint and Charming
I did a quick overnight stay for my birthday and stayed in one of the yurts, ate at the onsite restaurant and had a massage at the Spa. I would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat. It was a great little getaway spot, close to the hike in Hocking Hills and just a peaceful retreat. Staff was very nice, everything was clean and you felt right at home. Can’t wait to do it again.

Lovely stay. Staying in a yurt was a bucket list request for my 85th birthday. It was definitely Glamping at its finest including wonderful meals and a spa. The Dogwoods were blooming and birds could be heard happily singing.

Birthday Tradition
I have been bringing my husband to Cedar Inn and Spa for the last 3 yrs for a birthday getaway and it is always an amazing time. We have stayed in the yurt and Geodome. We absolutely love the cozy atmosphere of the yurt and will continue to come back every year.

One night stay
Stayed one night in Katydid. Yurt was cozy and comfortable with all necessary amenities. My dinner and breakfast at Kindered Spirits was outstanding. Wish I would have been able to spend more time enjoying the property. I will definitely be returning, and hopefully for more than one evening.

Perfect Getaway
We celebrated our 56th wedding anniversary in a yurt!! What a fun and unique experience. It had everything we needed for a relaxing few days away from the realities of every day life. The food at Kindred Spirits was wonderful, and the smoked old fashioned might become our favorite cocktail! We couldn’t have found a better place to celebrate another milestone. Highly recommended.

We had a great time and the Yurt was perfect! Did a quick 20 year anniversary trip and this we perfect. Couples massage and two amazing meals as well.

Wonderful time
The staff in dining room were great! The food was delicious. I loved the Yurt and the deck and everything. I even had a visiting deer😊😘. I think she was enjoying the fallen apples 😊
